Alert Janeite Laurie sent us more YouTube hilarity…Pride and Prejudice as a rap!

They’re not exactly Run-DMC, but it was a’ight (as Randy Jackson would say). But shouldn’t they have thanked JANE AUSTEN in their MTV Awards speech? ;-)

    “The Bennet girls thought of their new reputation. Being single forever was their new situation.” That was cute! I wonder who put them up to that or if it was all their own idea. :) If you have to rap (and win an award to boot!) I think it’s great their doing it on a classic book and not on guts and gore! lol! :)
