P&P Utah on Region 2 DVD

Alert Janeite Helen B. found a Region 2 DVD of P&P Utah at a Dutch site–click on the icon on the upper left part of the page to translate the site to English. The film is in English with Dutch subtitles. At least, we’re guessing it’s Region 2…

That’s a much better cover than what we’ve got here. There’s no glaring fluorescent pinks or greens. It can’t be the same movie, could it?
BTW, did you cover that movie here on the site? I’d be interested in hearing what other people had to say about it.
Why is this movie so hard to come by? I remember hearing about it before it was released but then, of course, it didn’t come out anywhere near me. Last year I managed to find a VHS copy of it and then earlier this year I stumbled upon a DVD. The DVD has a pop up commentary on it, which I find quite entertaining.
I’ve heard a lot of complaints about this movie. I personally thought it was pretty funny. It’s an interesting take on the story. You have to go into any sort of modernization (book or movie) with an open mind.
Ben, the region cover of P&P-2003 is bright and pink, but the region cover of Clueless: “Whatever!” Edition is even more so– not to mention all those glinty rhinestones and that big fat heart! ;D

Jenny, P&P-2003 was apparently out of print for a shirt time. I think they switched distributors.
Since 2005 there has been a P&P Utah DVD region 2, at least in Spain, with subtitles in both English and Spanish:
