Maybe the Mr. Darcy in the Austen world is actually somebody from her real world that is lost in Austen as well. They meet up when she comes back to her real world and fall in love. Elizabeth can then go back to Mr. Darcy where she belongs.

I hope that “Lost in Jane Austen”, which it appears does not attempt to disguise itself as ‘truth’ such as the recent disappointment “Becoming Jane”, is in fact a Georgian Fiction Fantasy and not a re-make of the American TV show “Lost in Space” in Georgian influenced space suits! Only time will tell. Warning Will Darcy!
