Getting Local With Jane: Royal Oak Edition

October 14, 2008, Philadelphia; October 15, 2008, New York; October 16, 2008, Washington, D.C.; October 20, 2008 Los Angeles; October 21, San Francisco: Alert Janeite Laurie Viera Rigler reminded us that the Royal Oak will be sponsoring a lecture by Lisa White, director of the Attingham Summer School, in several cities across the U.S. The lecture, “I ask only a comfortable home: Jane Austen and Regency Domestic Interiors,” will be given in Philadelphia, New York, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Full details are at the Royal Oak website. JASNA members receive a discount for the Los Angeles lecture (at least; we’re not sure about the others).
